REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tangible, we want your shopping experience to be clear and transparent. Please read the quick summary below before raising a refund or exchange request.

  • Your request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags, original packaging, and seal tag intact

Important: Please do not send the product back without raising a request through our Return / Exchange request tab and receiving approval first. Returns, refunds, or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

1) ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, its original packaging and seal tag intact.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2) HOW TO START A RETURN / EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, please raise your request through our Return / Exchange tab or click here.

Important:
• Return/exchange requests must be approved first.
• Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Once approved:
• We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address and share the pick-up instructions.

If reverse pick-up is not available for your pincode (unserviceable):
• You will need to self-ship the item to our return address.
• The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• We will share the shipping instructions by email.

3) REFUND
Refunds are available ONLY in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
• If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• Banks/payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@tangible.co.in.

4) EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges for size changes within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are available only for size changes (no style/color change).
• Size exchange is allowed only ONE TIME per order/item.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The product must meet the eligibility conditions (unused, tags intact, original packaging).
For size related issues, ONLY EXCHANGE is possible. Refunds are not available for size-related issues.
• For approved size exchanges, reverse pick-up and re-shipping will be arranged by us at no extra cost to you (subject to serviceability).

5) DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
• You are eligible for a replacement (exchange) OR a return/refund, depending on the case and stock availability.
Please raise your request through our Return / Exchange request tab.

IMPORTANT: PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO REQUIRED FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS
For any damaged/defective item claims, we require a recorded package opening video to verify the issue:
• The video must be clear, continuous, and uncut.
• It should show the sealed package from all sides, the shipping label, and the product being opened and removed.

Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to approve damage/defect claims.

6) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Gift cards
• Items marked as “Final Sale” / sale items (if applicable)
• Any item that is worn, washed, altered, or missing tags/packaging
